Point Three Group in New York City seeks a Trading Systems Engineer to design, implement and maintain low-latency trading infrastructure across equities and derivatives. You will work with traders and quantitative researchers to deploy strategies, optimize performance from hardware to software, and stay current with C++ developments in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The role requires 5+ years in C++ and Linux, strong OO design, and experience with network programming.
Our client is a global proprietary trading firm based in New York City. They are continuing to grow and looking to hire experienced low latency engineers to develop and optimize their trading infrastructure spanning equities, ETFs, futures, options, and more.
In accordance with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $250,000 and is specific to New York City. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental, and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonuses can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
