Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking a Client Enablement/Solutions Architecture professional focused on Trading. The role designs and develops product solutions, leading cross-functional efforts and coordinating major initiatives with product management.

You will advocate for the product area, support sales efforts, and contribute to implementation plans and business development. Location: Burlington, MA, USA.

Qualifications

5+ years in trading technology leadership focusing on product planning and execution.
Hands-on trading experience: order creation, order management, execution management, FIX messaging, post-trade processes.
Familiar with asset classes including equities, fixed income, FX, OTC securities and buy-side assets.

Responsibilities

Shape and implement the firm’s strategic vision for Trading capabilities and solutions.
Provide business leadership and coordinate cross-functional efforts (product and development teams).
Contribute to short- and long-term product roadmaps for enhancements.
Build relationships as primary client contact to gather feedback and evaluate solutions.
Assess potential partnerships and manage relationships within the Alpha Ecosystem.
