Akuna Capital invites you to join a Trading Sneak Peek Week in Chicago. This one-week crash course provides an accelerated, hands-on introduction to the tools, skills, and knowledge used by our trading teams.

You will learn risk management, game theory, and decision making under the guidance of trader trainers, with opportunities to shadow trading desks and apply concepts in real time at Akuna's Chicago headquarters.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2027 – August 2028.
• Pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, actuarial science or related/equivalent field.
• Able to attend program in person at Akuna's Chicago headquarters.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter ready to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong math, numerical, and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrable interest in trading and the financial markets.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on the first day of employment (including OPT/STEM for F-1).

Responsibilities

• Shadow trading desks to learn Akuna's approach to market making.
• Participate in risk management, game theory, and decision-making discussions.
• Engage in hands-on workshops and simulations used by entry-level traders.
