Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a FICC Trade Support Associate within the Investment Products Middle Office to manage end-to-end trade processes, support platform operations, and ensure timely settlements. The role requires deep knowledge of Fixed Income instruments, including Taxable and Municipal products, and close collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.

You will partner with Front Office, Investors, Advisors, and Clients to execute trades, review reconciliations, and support daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income instruments, including Taxable and Municipal products.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Front Office, Investors, Advisors, and Client Service teams to execute trades across asset classes.
• Manage trade booking, fail resolution, exception processing, and respond to ad hoc queries.
• Ensure T+0 trade support and accurate street/client-side settlements.
• Review daily reconciliation reports for compliance and precision.
• Collaborate with Operations, Middle Office, Finance, IT, Risk, and Compliance on business requirements and procedures.
• Support day-to-day inquiries from Front Office, Clients, and Brokers.
• Apply critical thinking to develop and communicate complex business and regulatory agendas.
• Compile MIS data for management reporting.
• Participate in projects spanning Middle Office, administration, Risk, Compliance, and operations.

• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
