Job summary

Mercury is seeking an experienced leader to own the trading operations and supervisory framework, providing licensed principal oversight and managing operational controls, reconciliations, and escalations.

You will lead trade surveillance and control frameworks, including supervisory reviews, pre- and post-trade controls, and best execution monitoring, with responsibility for CAT, CAIS, and TRACE reporting, and act as the escalation point for trade errors and settlements.
