Qualifications

• Junior standing and expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Willingness to relocate to Chicago for the internship.
• Interest in the trading industry and financial markets.
• Desire to learn and thrive in collaborative environments.
• Strong work ethic and reliable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Probabilistic decision making and risk taking skills.
• Ability to learn new technical concepts and languages (e.g., Python).

Responsibilities

• Own an impactful project from concept to delivery and present to senior leadership.
• Learn advanced option theory and volatility basics.
• Develop skills in taking calculated risks through trades.
• Attend weekly trading sessions and mentorship rounds.
• Collaborate with and present ideas to traders and internal teams.
• Rotate with traders and pitch trade ideas.
• Gain exposure to other PEAK6 business lines and ventures.
• Learn from influential women in FinTech.
• Benefit from a defined program timeline and structured feedback.
