Qualifications

• 8+ years building and owning production infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure, deployment, and tooling for latency-sensitive, multi-node trading environments across cloud and on-prem.
• Drive reliability and developer velocity, owning observability, deploy safety, and incident response for 24/7 systems.
• Set the operational bar through standards, reviews, and automation, reducing single-points-of-failure in the trading stack.
• Partner with engineers building the trading platform to ensure latency-sensitive systems are operable and performant.
• Mentor engineers and build team resilience in a lean, high-impact environment.
• Collaborate with Product, Institutional Markets, and SRE to translate platform needs into a roadmap.
