Job summary

Gate is a premier digital asset platform serving tens of millions of users worldwide. We seek engineers who can design and implement high-performance, low-latency components, including matching logic and risk controls, while ensuring robust observability and documentation.

You will contribute to system refactoring, memory layout optimizations, and high-concurrency optimization in exchanges and trading infrastructure, upholding rigorous coding standards and comprehensive technical docs.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-performance, high-concurrency systems at major tech firms.
• Experience in high-frequency trading systems (HFT market makers, derivatives exchanges, or clearing systems) in traditional finance.
• Experience in matching engines and high-concurrency optimization at top-tier crypto exchanges.
• Experience in low-latency infrastructure optimization (exchange technology providers or financial cloud infrastructure).
• Deep technical expertise in low-latency systems, including lock-free queues, kernel parameter tuning, or assembly-level optimization.
• Strong commitment to technical documentation and high-quality engineering standards.
