Job summary

Monmouth Cards is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our UConn-area store in Storrs, CT. You will assist customers, recommend products, and help with everyday store operations to ensure an excellent in-store experience for collectors and casual shoppers alike.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting, with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or sports is a plus.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
