Job summary

DCSports87 is hiring part-time Trading Card Processors to help manage inventory and prepare cards for sale. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and teamwork to meet productivity standards in a warehouse setting.

You will pull, sort, and process trading cards, enter data into our systems, sleeve and package items, and assist with order fulfillment. High school diploma or equivalent and good English literacy are required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, sort, organize, and process incoming trading cards and collectible inventory.
• Enter inventory data into company systems accurately.
• Sleeve, top-load, package, and store cards to our handling standards.
• Scan, photograph, and upload card images for inventory and online listings.
• Keep inventory storage and retrieval organized.
• Help with order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.
• Use our company website to sort incoming consignment packages and pull and process orders.
• Follow security procedures for handling high-value cards.
• Work with your team to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the role

As a Trading Card Processor, you'll pull, sort, organize, and process trading cards and collectibles for our customers. Every card belongs to a customer, and some are worth thousands of dollars, so attention to detail and careful handling are everything. You'll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate and getting cards ready for sale quickly.

Pay and schedule

• Pay: $20/hour
• Shifts: 4pm–9pm / 4pm - 12pm weekdays and Saturday 8am–4pm
• Shift differential: +$0.50/hour for shifts ending at 9pm & +$1/hour for shifts ending at 12am
• Paid breaks: a paid 30-minute lunch and a paid 20-minute break
• Part-time position

What we're looking for

Preferred:

• Experience with trading cards, collectibles, inventory, or data entry
• Knowledge of sports cards, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or other collectible card products

Physical requirements

This position requires the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Standing, walking, or sitting for long periods
• Bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders
• Repetitive hand and finger movements, such as sorting, sleeving, and typing
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 30 lbs frequently
• Close vision for inspecting small details, including telling colors apart
• Working in narrow aisles in a warehouse environment with some noise
