Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of trading cards (sports and gaming), pricing, grading, condition and trends.
• Experience buying, selling, or negotiating card deals.
• Ability to build trust and productive relationships with collectors and dealers.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including weekends for card shows.

Responsibilities

• Source inventory by traveling to card shows and building relationships with sellers.
• Negotiate purchases within budgets and parameters, documenting every deal.
• Coordinate payments and ensure items are logged in inventory systems.
• Own the workflow from purchase to reconciliation and reporting for accurate records.
