Job summary

PPM America, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Trading Associate to support Traders with day-to-day trade processing, settlements and report generation. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to holding and transaction reports, monitor bond prices and spreads, and assist with daily allocations for Public Fixed Income, ETFs, and Equity trades. Prior trading experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business related field is required.
• 0-3 years of relevant industry experience required.
• Prior investment and/or trading experience preferred.
• Trade settlements and reconciliation experience preferred.
• Aladdin and CTM experience preferred.

Job Purpose

The Fixed Trading Associate supports Traders in their day-to-day activities. This includes all trade processing, as well as generating various reports.

Essential Responsibilities

• Performs trade processing, including settlements and allocations.
• Creates holding reports, transaction reports, bond price/spread tracking reports, and month-end reports for Traders.
• Confirms and allocates all Public Fixed Income, ETFs, and Equity trades daily.
• Assists Traders with other day-to-day tasks.

Base Pay

Base Pay: $93,000.00 - $104,000.00. The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.
