Overview

MiQ is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Political Trading Assistant for the 2026 US Political Election Cycle. This position offers hands‑on experience and exposure to various aspects of our Programmatic Trading department. As a Political Trading Assistant, you will have the opportunity to assist in a wide range of political election campaigns, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing a large portfolio of political advertising campaigns and ensuring that all campaigns are performing & pacing optimally.
• Assist with creating, formatting, and checking client-facing reports on campaign performance and delivery.
• Use critical thinking to analyze complex data sets to test new campaign strategies and exceed client KPIs.
• Analyze and track campaign performance, interpret real-time data and insights to communicate the effectiveness of campaigns to stakeholders.
• Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and drive innovation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned to support the department and organization’s goals.

Pay Transparency

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The current compensation range is $25/hour. This range may vary for positions outside New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential and does not include our bonus and commission structures.
