Job Title: Trading Assistant
Employment: Exempt – FT
Salary Range:USD 90,000 to 120,000 plus annual discretionary bonus
GQG is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Trading Assistant to support the firm’s trading function across a range of investment strategies and client portfolios. This role is central to the daily operating rhythm of the trading desk, partnering closely with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Operations, Compliance, and internal technology teams.
The successful candidate will develop broad exposure to global markets, portfolio trading, trade lifecycle management, cash management, broker relationships, and trading analytics. The role offers a strong foundation for professional growth within the trading organization based on performance, business needs, and demonstrated technical capability.
The base salary offered will be determined by various factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, education, and qualifications.
