Overview

ARB Inc has an immediate opening for a Tradesman Field Technician in Chino, CA.

Responsibilities

• New employees will be required to join Local 345. Work advertised is union work with paid benefits.
• Able to work independently.
• General construction experience a plus.
• Must be a self-starter with time management skills to help ensure daily production requirements are met.
• Abilities to perform inspections and checklists on work area (once trained).
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills to communicate with homeowners, management team, and customers effectively.
• Must have computer and tablet skills.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a clean record.
• Part of DOT required work (requires pre-employment drug test & Random monthly drug testing).
• Employees will be issued a company vehicle, tablet, and phone.
• Tradesman Position for SCG Drip Program.
• Two-week training provided by the company.
• Perform inspections and checklists on the work area.
• Communicate with homeowners, management team, and customers.
• Enter information into a company-issued tablet.

Compensation: $21.46/hour
