Overview:
As the Reconstruction Tradesman, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager(s) during their production. Your primary responsibility will be to complete all necessary punch‑listing as needed from time to time and fulfill specific Work Orders set forth by the Project Managers. A successful Reconstruction Tradesman will be able to complete punch‑listing and work orders in a timely manner while utilizing the correct tools and materials, and keeping job costs as low as possible.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the Reconstruction Tradesman are to support the Project Manager(s) during their production, complete all necessary punch‑listing to bring projects to COC (Certificate of Completion), and complete Work Orders as necessary on a project‑to‑project basis.
$28 - $32Hourly Wage
