Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Prior experience in tradeshow production/exhibits preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend project launch meetings to stay aligned with project needs and operations.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Client Services, and Production to track requirements and updates.
• Operate forklift to transport crates and exhibit materials in the warehouse.
• Set up and break down exhibits for repairs and shipments.
• Prepare exhibit crate contents prior to shipment ensuring correct components.
• Create accurate paperwork for outbound shipments and inspection/damage reports.
• Inspect incoming shipments for missing or damaged components; return to storage as needed.
• Perform minor repairs and cleaning of exhibit properties and crates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with standard work procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
