Western State Hospital is seeking a full-time Trades Tech IV Assistant Director to provide highly advanced supervision, training, and expert analyses of maintenance and construction systems; perform expert work and supervision which involves overseeing maintenance and construction in the installation, care, and repair of state facilities and equipment; oversee, supervise, inspect, schedules, assign, prioritize, and participate in general maintenance, electrical, HVAC, construction, and plumbing work to include preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance and repairs; coordinate work assignments with other supervisors to ensure efficient use of resources; and provide technical expertise.
