• High School Diploma, or GED; two years of trades experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties.

Responsabilités

• Performs installations, repairs, and general maintenance in functional area.
• Prepares materials and cost estimates for various projects within functional area.
• Performs preventative maintenance in functional area.
• Maintains level of supplies and equipment.
• Acts as a liaison with outside vendors and other departments within the county.
• Assists with establishing safe construction sites to include directing traffic.
• Prepares purchase orders, requisition forms, and documents spending.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
