Pima Community College Foundation Inc. seeks an Electrical Trades Specialist 2 to schedule, perform, and complete a variety of electrical tasks across campuses. The role supports managers, faculty, staff, vendors, and inspectors to optimize electrical systems and equipment.
The position requires flexibility, possible evenings/weekends, and local travel with on‑call rotation. On‑site duties include maintenance, lighting upgrades, and project execution with safety compliance and timely reporting.
The Electrical Trades Specialist 2 schedules, performs, and completes a wide variety of electrical work duties. Coordinates services with manager, faculty, staff, vendors, and inspectors. Performs electrical services and repairs for various campuses to optimize use of electrical systems and equipment.
The work schedule for this position is flexible and may include working evenings and weekends and local travel. This job may have On‑call rotation duties.

Performs preventative maintenance of all electrical equipment including switchgear, panel boards, main distribution panels, disconnects, variable frequency drives, motor control centers, generators, automatic transfer switches and fire alarm panelsMonitors, inspects, tests, and repairs interior, exterior, and site lighting.
