Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years owning or managing a service-based or trades company.
Experience in corporate training, adult education, or community workshop instruction.
Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or related field (preferred).
Three or more years of teaching/training experience, including adult learners.

Responsibilities

Deliver interactive lessons on starting and scaling a service-based trade business.
Provide real-world examples of field service workflows, client management, and pricing structures.
Translate complex business and financial terms into accessible language for tradespeople.
Track and record student enrollment and progress.
Guide students in analyzing feasibility, startup costs, and profitability.
Demonstrate setup and use of modern operational software (scheduling, quoting, invoicing).
Review and provide feedback on student business plans throughout the term.
