Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally in the Northeast Triangle area of Raleigh, NC, seeks a mechanically inclined individual to learn residential construction, carpentry, remodeling, and home repair. You will work alongside our Field Operations Manager on real customer projects, gaining hands-on skills with room to grow into a skilled technician.

We welcome candidates who can use basic drills, saws, levels, measuring tools, and a tape measure.

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required; attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfort using drills, saws, levels, measuring tools.
• Able to read a tape measure
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Willing to work in customers' homes and keep jobsites clean

Responsibilities

• Learn finish carpentry, trim installation and remodeling tasks.
• Assist with door/window repairs and installations.
• Contribute to bathroom remodeling and flooring projects.
• Support drywall repairs, cabinet/shelving installation and exterior repairs.
• Maintain jobsite organization and safety.
• Build experience across multiple skilled trades.
