Our training program is designed to build the next generation of traders. Trainees spend their first nine months on our logistics team, gaining hands‑on experience in how products move from mill to market and how value is created at every step. Alongside this experience, you’ll complete a structured training curriculum—learning the markets, products, and strategies that fuel our business. Once training is complete, you’ll begin working with a trading department aligned with your strengths and ready to begin building your own book of business.
Bachelor's Degree from a four‑year college or university; or Associate’s degree from a two‑year college plus one year related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
