Profile Summary

Functions as a trader for stocks, bonds, ETF's, mutual funds, and other investment products. Provides trading service to registered representatives and/or clients.

Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home . Must work Market Hours 8am -5pm ET

Profile Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and trading of advisory accounts
• Review and process trading to support new accounts, one time and periodic distribution requests, and model changes through preset guidelines
• Performs daily reconciliation & accounting in support of advisory business
• Participates on root cause problem solving and in team huddles
• Provide oversight over rep directed models and trading activity
• Researches, resolves and tracks trade errors
• Operate within a strong team environment
  
  

Education & Experience

• Working knowledge of the financial markets, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs.
• Trading Experience with stocks, bonds, and mutual funds preferred
• Knowledge of investment management operations and practices including trading and portfolio accounting systems
• Financial Services or Accounting background
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required
• Working knowledge of NetX360 and Orion are required.
• Experience with Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Work with a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment
• Build relationships, communicate and collaborate across teams
• Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot daily processing obstacles within and across teams

Compensation Pay Disclosure

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$43,020 - $71,710 USD
