Trader Assistant (Fixed Income Trading Desk) – Global Hedge Fund - $250k TC

A global Hedge Fund, rapidly expanding their presence in the New York, are looking to make a newly created Trading Desk Assistant hire for its rapidly expanding US Fixed Income investment desk.

Sat alongside an exceptional bank of US fixed income traders and a lead PM, the hire will manage trade booking, P&L analysis, risk reporting and execution oversight responsibilities. The hire can also expect to regularly work on projects for traders, which can be wide ranging in their nature.

Candidates should have 5-10yrs experience in hedge fund operations / middle office / TA roles. A strong grasp of fixed income markets / derivatives / futures & options is required.

The role has a year one target $250k total comp.
