Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strict risk management discipline.
• Prioritize market-moving information for immediate action.
• Manage multiple open positions, monitoring leverage exposure.
• Analyze market-moving fundamental and technical catalysts.
• Understand market cycle changes to inform trading decisions.
• Handle pass-through fees for market data, FINRA (if required), and administrative costs.
• Capitalize on first loss capital.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven successful trading record in financial markets.
• Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management.
• Proficient in trading platforms and tools.

Regulatory Requirements

All proprietary equities & options traders must be licensed with the SIE and Series 57 exams. We sponsor qualified candidates to take these exams. Paths to trade without licensing are also available. A background check and additional documents are required before joining.
