Job summary

DV Trading is seeking experienced traders or teams with a recent track record of success running their own strategies. Ideal candidates are currently at prop trading firms, pod shops, or hedge funds with prop-like returns and strong risk capital management.

The role requires ownership of decisions and a demonstrated ability to produce consistent P&L. We value a high-integrity mindset, transparent strategy articulation, and a proven history of thinning risk while delivering liquidity and hedging

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a prop trading firm or pod shop.
• 2+ years in a risk-taking role.

DV Trading is looking for experienced traders or trading teams with a recent, proven track record of success running their own strategies. Specifically, we're seeking traders currently or recently at proprietary trading firms, pod shops, or hedge funds, with returns that are prop like in nature (high Sharpe, consistent P&L on risk capital).
