The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of focused experience in U.S. and international trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement. Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 3-6 years of U.S. experience in trademark prosecution.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting trademark searches and preparing applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and assess clearance.
• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before the USPTO.
• Manage TTAB proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations.
