Barnes & Thornburg LLP is looking for a highly motivated Trademark Associate to join their Indianapolis or Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience in U.S. and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management, including skills in handling UDRP actions and domain name disputes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a nationally recognized Intellectual Property team.

Qualified applicants should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be actively licensed. Strong research, writing, and client-management skills are essential, alongside the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark searches and assess clearance.
• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before the USPTO.
