Sagacity Legal is seeking a high-energy Trademark Attorney to lead and expand our trademark practice. You will directly contribute to the growth of domestic and international portfolios, working alongside the CEO and IP Head to drive revenue and excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in trademark prosecution and TTAB practice, with strong leadership, communication, and client advisory skills. A JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• 5+ years of trademark prosecution, TTAB practice, enforcement, and portfolio development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and international trademark portfolios through the USPTO and Madrid Protocol.
• Lead clearance and prosecution, draft guidance and opinions, and manage office actions.
• Protect and enforce through TTAB appeals, oppositions, and settlements, including cease-and-desist actions.
• Drive business development initiatives and position the firm as a premier IP partner.
• Mentor junior attorneys and optimize docketing and workflows.
