Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school required.
- Active state bar membership in good standing.
- 5+ years of trademark prosecution experience including TTAB and portfolio development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee domestic and international trademark portfolios through USPTO, Madrid Protocol, and local counsel.
- Direct clearance and prosecution; draft availability opinions and handle USPTO actions.
- Lead enforcement strategies including TTAB appeals, oppositions, and settlement agreements.
- Drive business development, pitch prospective clients, and position the firm as a premier IP partner.
- Mentor junior attorneys and staff; optimize docketing and workflow tools.
