The role involves advising clients on trademark protection, prosecuting U.S. applications, coordinating global portfolios with foreign associates, drafting licenses, and supervising a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
• Licensing and transactional agreements experience.
• Litigation before Federal Courts and the USPTO.
• Leadership in client service and team development.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on trademark protection and perform clearance searches.
• Prosecute U.S. trademark applications and manage oppositions.
• Coordinate global trademark portfolio coverage with foreign associates.
• Draft license and transactional agreements.
• Send and respond to cease and desist letters.
• Collaborate with M&A team on trademark diligence.
• Appear before U.S. federal courts and the TTAB.
• Supervise an associate and a team of paralegals.
