This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation and trial experience in intellectual property matters to represent high-profile clients in complex disputes and counseling matters. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling clients on trademark and copyright matters, managing intellectual property portfolios, and supporting enforcement and litigation strategies. This role offers significant client contact, sophisticated work, and the opportunity to collaborate with an internationally recognized intellectual property team serving clients across the media, entertainment, technology, and consumer product sectors.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.

• Experience with:

• AmLaw Experience: Relevant experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary is expected to range from $200,000 – $310,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available.
