• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 2+ years of substantive experience in trademark & copyright litigation and counseling.
• Strong trial experience and comfort with fast-paced, high-volume practices.
• Experience with trademark clearance and prosecution strategy, portfolio management, ownership matters, licensing and fair use, and enforcement of IP rights.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on development, protection, licensing, and enforcement of trademark and copyright assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation and trial experience in intellectual property matters to represent high-profile clients in complex disputes and counseling matters. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling clients on trademark and copyright matters, managing intellectual property portfolios, and supporting enforcement and litigation strategies. Candidate Profile

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary is expected to range from $200,000 – $310,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Discretionary bonus opportunities are also available.
