Aspire Talent Solutions represents a top-10 AmLaw firm seeking a talented Junior Associate Attorney (or optional non-partnership track) to join its nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright & Media Practice Group in California—Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, is California-bar admitted, and has about two years of experience in trademark and copyright counseling and litigation, with strong analytical and writing

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier, nationally recognized law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.
• 2 years of substantive experience with trademark & copyright counseling and litigation, trademark clearance, prosecution strategy, and portfolio management.
• Experience with trademark and copyright ownership, licensing, and fair use provisions in commercial and corporate transactions.
• Applicable prior AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills; demonstrated advocacy and communication abilities; research and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex trademark and copyright litigation, including trial-level work and disputes.
• Counsel on strategy, enforcement, risk management, and media law compliance.
• Assist in investigating, prosecuting, and defending advertising, marketing, and unfair competition claims.
• Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and manage trial preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop case strategies.

A top-10 AmLaw firm is seeking a talentedJunior Associate Attorney or (OPTIONAL) to join its nationally recognized Trademark, Copyright & Media Practice Group inone of these California offices: San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley . This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate looking for partnership track or a junior to senior attorney looking for a non-partnership track position representing high-profile clients in complex disputes and counseling matters. The role offers significant client contact, diverse casework, and a collaborative environment within a flexible hybrid model.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier, nationally recognized law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from $200,000 -- $310,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
