Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in U.S. and international trademark portfolio work.
• Experience conducting trademark prosecution and clearance searches.
• Experience with TTAB, UDRP, and federal litigation is a plus.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in U.S. and international trademark portfolios, including conducting trademark prosecution and clearance searches, global brand protection, trademark counseling, licensing, and enforcement actions such as cease and desist letters, TTAB actions, UDRP disputes, foreign oppositions, and federal litigation.
• Experience managing global brand protection and trademark counseling.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice is required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
