Trademark Attorney - 2-5 Years of Experience

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a trademark associate for its Intellectual Property practice in New York, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Raleigh, Winston Salem, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Menlo Park. The salary range for this position is between $250k to $340k.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of significant brand management experience, including managing large global trademark portfolios and developing global trademark filing and enforcement programs.
• Experience conducting multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance searches.
• TTAB proceedings experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong academic credentials.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
