Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting in Boston seeks a Trade Support Analyst to process and settle trades across all asset classes while continually monitoring post-settlement updates. You will support traders and portfolio managers and liaise with custodians and counterparties.

Collaborating with trading, legal and operations, you will ensure data accuracy across platforms, resolve trade breaks, and look for ways to automate legacy processes. Salary ranges 85k–100k plus bonus and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Fixed Income/Derivatives.
• Familiarity with long form derivative trade confirmations.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute long form derivative trade confirmations with legal and trading teams.
