This role is crucial in implementing and maintaining operations while resolving daily challenges faced by clients and vendors. With a focus on trade-related issues, the specialist will build relationships, coordinate initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert.

The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, relevant experience, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. This remote position requires residence near Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in relevant field or internal promotion from within Lessen.
• Experience working in FM, retail, buildings environment.
• Demonstrable experience of solving complex trade related technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Review vendor quotes to ensure proper scope and pricing.
• Serve as a technical and subject matter expert.
• Proactively resolve vendor and client issues.
