Job summary

3D Exhibits in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visual assets for trade show exhibits, event environments, and experiential campaigns. You will translate client brand assets, develop original concepts within brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects end-to-end from concept through client approval.

This in-office role supports our 3D Exhibits team and requires collaboration with exhibit designers, project managers, and accounts to deliver production-ready files for the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience, with trade show/exhibit experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of large-format print production standards and file setup for handoff to production.
• Understanding of color management, Pantone matching, CMYK/RGB conversions, ICC profiles.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for exhibit booths, backdrops, banners, signage, kiosks, and other large-format displays with minimal oversight.
• Adapt client logos, photos, brand assets for exhibit and event applications.
• Develop new design concepts within a client's existing brand guidelines when no assets are available.
• Translate brand guidelines into cohesive visual concepts for physical spaces and offer creative input.
• Collaborate with exhibit designers, project managers, and accounts to align graphics with client goals.
• Present design concepts for client review and incorporate feedback through final approval.
• Prepare approved designs into production-ready files (bleed, resolution, color profiles) for production team.
