Job summary

ICSC is seeking an organized and proactive administrative professional to support the Trade Expositions Department in a hybrid New York City office. In-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

You will handle exhibitor inquiries, assist with floor plan setup, and coordinate participation at multiple events, while collaborating with show contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
  • Up to 2 years professional experience providing administrative support for trade shows, events and conferences.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically to approximately 5–6 shows per year.
  • Knowledge of floor plan management software, Map Your Show or A2Z.
  • Strong computers skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Trade Expositions Department.
  • Assist with exhibitor-related inquiries.
  • Assist the Trade Expo team with setting up shows in the floor plan management system.
  • Support the team with customer retention.
  • Coordinate and recruit Retailer participation at 12 Deal Making events.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as general show contractors to order event signage and manage show-site logistics.
  • Assist in managing design and production for all event sales materials.

Job description

This position is hybrid and based out of our New York City office, in-office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications
