Description
We're looking for a results-driven Manager, Trade Show Operations to join our team and play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of our trade shows and markets. Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the trade show lifecycle — from installation and dismantling to freight coordination and vendor relations
- Lead exhibitor communications and manage digital platforms including Map Your Show (MYS) and GES exhibitor portals to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary liaison between leasing, internal departments, external vendors, and exhibitors to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of booth requirements
- Direct food & beverage coordination with partners such as LEVY, aligning delivery with operational and leasing objectives
- Manage GES booth package communications across markets, ensuring accurate package calculations and reliable data for exhibitor kit development
- Establish and maintain standards for signage, décor, and event aesthetics, including vendor partnerships, inventory, and quality control
- Guide exhibitors through the onboarding process — booth package ordering, show compliance, and deadline management
- Collaborate on Market Sheets and cross-departmental communications to keep all stakeholders aligned
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience in trade show operations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Tech-savvy and adaptable — comfortable learning event management systems and tools quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for cross-functional collaboration
- Customer-focused with the flexibility to support a wide variety of event and operational needs
- Skilled in time management, resource planning, and driving operational efficiency
