Job summary

Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC, headquartered in Chicago, seeks an Analyst for Trade Ops in Settlements. You will manage trade settlements, post-settlement breaks, and special handling requests, collaborating with business lines and clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a finance/business degree, strong communication, detail orientation, and 1–3 years in middle/back-office operations. Proficiency in Excel; Bloomberg is a plus; FINRA SIE and Series 7 within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily FCU process end-to-end.
• Lead daily collateral margin management under FINRA 4210.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate resolution with counterparties and teams.
• Maintain process documentation and checklists.
• Handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide timely updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Cross-train with other areas within Clearing and Settlements.
