Reese Group, Inc. is seeking a Trade Promotion Administrator to support data entry, bulletin generation, and account administration from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in-office.

You will work with Business Managers to execute promotions and provide vendor portfolio support. The role emphasizes attention to detail, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and experience with trade promotion portals such as DemandTec or iPro.

Qualifications

  • High accuracy data entry and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with trade promotion portals (DemandTec, iPro) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Trade Promotion Administration: Populate, review and maintain promotional planner templates with Business Managers.
  • Bulletin Generation: Create and publish promotional bulletins from the master planner.
  • Account Administration Support: Provide administrative support for vendor accounts, including new item setups and POs changes.
  • Onsite Show Support: Assist with show setup, teardown, and documentation.

Job description

Position Summary: This is a full-time, in-office, exempt position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The Trade Promotion Administrator will work closely with the Business Managers and assist in executing trade promotions across customer systems while also providing general administrative support and vendor portfolio responsibilities. Professional email etiquette and consistent poise are utilized to maintain a high standard of professional presence that reflects the Reese Group’s commitment to service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Trade Promotion Administration
  • Planner Creation and Execution: Populate, review and maintain promotional planner templates in partnership with the Business Managers.
  • Customer Portal Entry: Execute timely and accurate data entry of approved promotions into customer systems – i.e. DemandTec, iPro, etc.
  • Auditing and Tracking: Ensure planners are populated and corresponding portal submissions are completed within the deadlines established. Track to ensure approvals are received and documents are downloaded once approved.
2. Trade Promotion Bulletins
  • Bulletin Generation: Populate promotional bulletins from the master promotional planner, using the standardized bulletin format.
  • Bulletin Administration: Convert, format and publish final promotional bulletins for the internal team.
3. Account Administration Support
  • Account Execution: Provide administrative support for designated vendor accounts, including new item setups, cost changes, deduction resolution and purchase order changes.
  • Administrative Backup: Provide coverage backup for Administrators during out of office or peak business cycles.
Other Duties When Required:
1. Food Show Support
  • Onsite Show Support: Provide assistance with show setup and teardown.
  • Show Documentation Coordination: Assist with show proofing, enter promotional deals as needed to support the Business Managers, print show bulletins for vendor booths.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Technical and Software Proficiency: Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).

2. Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a "one-customer" mindset where every interaction is important. Provide focused attention through professional email etiquette and maintain professional poise (verbal and physical) with all clients.

3. Administrative Execution: Proficiency in executing repetitive tasks with high attention to detail, including the ability to solve problems and identify minor data inconsistencies. Ability to re-prioritize daily workflow to address urgent requests and solve immediate customer issues as they arise.

4. Organizational Skills: Successful method for tracking daily to-do items to ensure all deadlines and tasks are managed effectively. Capability to maintain digital filing systems with close attention to detail. Technical and Software Proficiency: Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).

Education and Experience:

Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field. Experience in trade promotion portals such as DemandTec, iPro, etc. is a plus.
