Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a Trade Program Operations Senior Specialist for the Tampa, FL area.

You will manage the lifecycle of trade programs, validate data, and maintain TPM structures in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and audit readiness. In this hybrid role, you’ll support finance with accruals and reporting, collaborate with Data Engineering to fix discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of analyst or operational experience (CPG preferred).
• Foundational knowledge of trade promotion management, sales operations, or commercial program administration.
• Experience with Salesforce (CG Cloud and TPM modules preferred) or similar CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SOQL or data validation tools preferred.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to follow defined processes and support business requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Annual Base Salary Range: $75,000–$100,000.
