Job summary

Mondrian Alpha, a New York-based hedge fund, is expanding its operations function with a dedicated trade operations associate. You will support a broad range of asset classes and trading desks and face-off directly with PMs and traders on trade capture, allocations, lifecycle management, reconciliations, and P&L/break investigations.

Candidates should have 2-5 years in middle office or trade support, with exposure to equities, FI, derivatives, and FX.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in middle office or trade support
• Exposure to equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX
• Strong emphasis on process optimization and risk mitigation
• Ability to face-off directly with PMs and traders

Responsibilities

• Support trade capture, allocations, lifecycle management
• Perform reconciliations and P&L/break investigations
• Collaborate with trading desks to optimize processes
• Contribute to scaling the platform with risk controls
