Job summary

Whitecap Search is seeking a meticulous operations professional to join our dynamic team in New York. The role focuses on middle office and post-trade activities, including trade support, reconciliation, and custody services, with opportunities to influence improvements and risk controls.

You will work across teams, drive efficiency initiatives, and partner with technology to automate manual processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in middle office, trade support, or asset servicing.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade processing in equities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade and position reconciliations across asset classes and counterparties.
• Track corporate actions and custody events for global securities.
• Collaborate with tech teams to automate processes and improve data integrity.
• Support platform development to enhance straight-through processing.
