Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a Trade Processing Analyst for our client in White Plains, NY. You will validate, process, and settle trades across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other financial products, and monitor confirmations and settlements.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and external parties to resolve failed settlements, reconcile activity with custodians, and support audits and controls testing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in trade operations, settlements, or middle office functions.
  • Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and post-trade processes.
  • Familiarity with industry platforms such as DTCC, Bloomberg, and/or SWIFT (or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Analytical, proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working across financial software platforms.
  • Curiosity to expand your knowledge across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities
