The role involves serving as a key liaison across Sales, Supply Chain, and Distribution to ensure seamless order-to-cash and superior customer experiences. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, monitor order activity, and contribute to service improvements while maintaining a customer-centric mindset and strong ownership of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Trade Operations, Customer Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted contact for assigned customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including EDI and manual entries.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Distribution to address product availability.
• Provide operational and analytical support to Trade Operations leadership.
• Monitor customer performance metrics and drive process improvements.
