Responsibilities

• Support front-office and middle-office users
• Troubleshoot investment operations platforms
• Resolve application support tickets
• Escalate and coordinate vendor-supported issues
• Support trading and portfolio management workflows
• Monitor operational processes and data integrity
• Assist with technology platform transitions and upgrades
• Document procedures and troubleshooting activities

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical applications
• Exposure to financial services, capital markets, or asset management environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Not required, nice to have)

• Trade lifecycle knowledge
• SQL exposure
• Investment operations background
• Hourly rate: $55-60 per hour
